bdtka Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with bdtka, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation players who browse the Platform without registering, registered account holders, and players who access the Platform via any device or browser, including mobile devices used anywhere in Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on bdtka. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify bdtka immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• bdtka reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably suspects of being used in breach of these Terms, including accounts where identity verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Players must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of payment method ownership.

bdtka will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdtka offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms stated at the time each bonus is offered.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus offer terms.
• bdtka reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that are withdrawn before they are used will not be credited or compensated.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any one time, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Players must opt in to each bonus where opt-in is required.
• Free spins issued as part of a bonus offer are subject to the same wagering requirements as the associated bonus. Free spin winnings will be credited to the bonus wallet and must meet rollover requirements before being transferred to the main wallet.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice if the associated event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise changes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtka Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or attempting to register a new account after a previous account has been closed by bdtka for breach of these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports fraud, sharing account access with other individuals, or otherwise manipulating game outcomes.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits, or using bdtka for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdtka staff or other players via any communication channel, including support chat and email.

bdtka reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a breach of these prohibited conduct rules has occurred. Any determination made by bdtka under this clause is final, subject only to a formal written dispute submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant decision.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtka, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bdtka shall not be liable for the following.

• Any losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, game malfunctions, or disconnections, provided that bdtka has acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether bdtka was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or access restrictions resulting from factors beyond bdtka's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or regulatory changes affecting the availability of the Platform in any region.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between you and bdtka should first be addressed by contacting our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bdtka will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support communication, bdtka will advise on the applicable escalation process.
